Edoicuna

Biography

Edoicuna is an ancient Dimisgura, a divine creator of worlds who has passed through history under many names. Among mortals, he assumes the identity of Timberwolf, founder and leader of T.H.I.R.T.E.E.N., an intergalactic black-ops organization dedicated to tracking and neutralizing dangerous threats.

Known to Azazel as Gabe, Edoicuna is the being responsible for sparing Earth from destruction and the original keeper of the Khaliq-Mudmira. For years, Athalon knew him only as a trusted friend and commanding officer, never realizing that the man behind the dark glasses was neither human nor what he appeared to be.

Edoicuna’s concealed identity, his connection to Athalon’s bloodline, and his place within the divided trinity make him a central figure in the conflict surrounding the sacred power of creation.

General Information

Primary Name: Edoicuna

Known Identities: Gabe, Timberwolf

Title: Dimisgura

Classification: Divine creator of worlds

Species: Unknown divine being

Place of Origin: Unknown

Current Status: Active

Physical Appearance

In his natural form, Edoicuna appears as a large, powerfully built man with six enormous wings. Four wings support him in flight, while the remaining two fold across his midnight-black armor like a feathered cloak. His presence is accompanied by violent storms, thunder, lightning, and brilliant blue electrical energy.

When moving among mortals, he assumes a human guise. His most distinguishing features are his completely white pupils and irises, which give him the appearance of being blind. As Timberwolf, he conceals his eyes behind dark glasses.

Identity

Edoicuna is an ancient Dimisgura, a divine creator who has passed through history under many names. Among mortals, he operates under the identity of Timberwolf, founder and team leader of T.H.I.R.T.E.E.N.

Known to Azazel as Gabe and respectfully addressed as Dimi, Edoicuna is the being responsible for Earth’s continued existence. When the world was destined for destruction, he saw something within it worth saving and chose to spare it.

Despite his divine nature, Edoicuna is neither omniscient nor omnipresent. His knowledge and awareness have limits, separating him from the absolute power of S’Rasta.

Personality

Edoicuna is solemn, disciplined, restrained, and deeply conscious of his responsibilities. He carries the burden of events he was unable or forbidden to prevent, particularly the fall and imprisonment of the Grigori.

Although compassionate, he is extremely secretive. He conceals his nature even from those closest to him and will withhold the truth when he believes revealing it could interfere with larger events. His divine obligations often take precedence over personal relationships or explanations.

As Timberwolf, he displays a more approachable personality. He jokes with Athalon, shares celebratory drinks with his team, and demonstrates a familiarity with mortal customs and language. This relaxed identity sharply contrasts with the authority and gravity he displays as Edoicuna.

Known Connections

Athalon Klamath:Friend, former teammate, subordinate, and distant descendant. Edoicuna recruited Athalon into T.H.I.R.T.E.E.N. after recognizing his potential. The two worked together for several years and routinely celebrated successful missions over rounds of Cold-Brew.

Athalon knew him only as Timberwolf and believed him to be human. The eventual revelation of Edoicuna’s divine identity and years of concealment severely damaged Athalon’s trust in him.

Edoicuna considers Athalon a genuine friend and carries considerable guilt over the dangers Athalon endured after becoming involved in the conflict surrounding Samyaza and the Khaliq-Mudmira. Their connection extends beyond friendship, as Edoicuna is also one of Athalon’s forefathers.

Azazel:Ancient acquaintance and subordinate divine being. Azazel recognizes Edoicuna’s authority and greets him with the reverence owed to a Dimisgura. Edoicuna regrets being unable to intervene when Azazel and the Grigori were attacked and imprisoned.

Guar:Brother and fellow Dimisgura. Guar seeks the sacred power contained within the Khaliq-Mudmira, placing him in direct opposition to Edoicuna.

Samyaza:Enemy and celestial traitor. Edoicuna opposes Samyaza’s attempt to seize the Khaliq-Mudmira and use its power to control Typhon.

S’Rasta:Higher divine authority. Edoicuna remains subject to S’Rasta’s laws and authority, even when obedience prevents him from intervening in catastrophic events.

The Fates:Cosmic forces whose interference disrupted Edoicuna’s intended succession. Athalon’s blood opened the Khaliq-Mudmira before Edoicuna had chosen a successor.

The Khaliq-Mudmira

Edoicuna is the original keeper of the Khaliq-Mudmira, an ancient book containing sacred creative power. When opened by Athalon’s blood, the book releases a beacon visible across the stars, drawing the attention of beings seeking to claim its power.

The book is directly connected to Edoicuna’s eventual successor and the restoration of the divided trinity. Before a successor can be chosen, Edoicuna must prepare for the approaching conflict and recover the remaining pages.

Role in Blood, Fire, and Fate

Operating as Timberwolf, Edoicuna recruits Athalon into T.H.I.R.T.E.E.N. and sends him to investigate the AoD killings. The mission ultimately draws Athalon into the conflict involving Samyaza, Azazel, Typhon, and the Khaliq-Mudmira.

Edoicuna later arrives in his human guise to recover the book after its power is awakened by Athalon’s blood. His appearance exposes the truth behind Timberwolf and reveals that Athalon’s longtime friend and commanding officer is an ancient divine creator.

When Guar arrives to claim the Khaliq-Mudmira, Edoicuna draws his brother away from the battlefield. Before leaving, he directs the Celestial forces to intervene against Samyaza. His actions prevent the complete book from falling into Samyaza’s possession, although several pages are torn free during the struggle.
